As chair I want to acknowledge the really difficult challenges in the coming weeks or possibly months.
As chair I also want to let you know that Donegal Travellers Project will be there to provide support in a professional, safe and caring manner.
At all times, the health and wellbeing of the Traveller Community is central to our work. Our board wish everyone best health and well-being in the coming weeks and appeal to you to ensure physical distancing and acting in all HSE advice in order to protect your health, your family’s health and our community’s health. We stand in solidarity with the Traveller community, Roma community and other Black Minority Ethnic communities to ensure we minimise the impact and spread of COVID-19.
