Travellers Be Counted
Census 2022 will take place on 3rd of April this year. Everyone in the country is counted and each household fills out a form about life in Ireland today. The Census helps us to know how many people there are in Ireland, including Travellers.
By marking on the form that we are Travellers we can help make sure that the Traveller community, as a whole, is included and visible. By answering the different questions on the form we can show Travellers’ real life experience in a range of areas and help highlight the needs of our community.
